PROServiceThis automated monitoring service uses the Internet to gather instrument information without operation intervention. System experts can identify potential technical issues from a remote location and resolve them before they impact your lab's operating efficiency. Using firewall friendly technology, an automated PROService system remotely monitors select data every eight seconds and sends it via the Internet to the Beckman Coulter server. PROService automatically monitors trends in your system and scans for potential causes of downtime. By proactively examining these performance trends, Beckman Coulter can ensure that your system is running at optimal capacity and often prevent problems from occurring, increasing uptime.

There's no need to worry about patient privacy issues, since the unique technology looks only at instrument performance, not patient results. PROService provides your lab with several layers of protection to ensure patient data is not accessed.
