** Caps are optional. The filling level is 7.5 mL in Type 70 Ti rotor, 8 mL in Type 50.2 Ti rotor and Type 45 Ti rotor. Maximum speeds for this open-top tubes without a cap is 20,000 rpm for Type 70 Ti rotor and Type 50.2 Ti rotor. This is the speed where the tubes could withstand when tested at 25°C for 24 hours. For Type 45 Ti rotor, the maximum speed is 15,000 rpm.
