JS-4.3 Swinging-Bucket Rotor, Anodized Aluminum

Four-place rotor with anodized aluminum buckets designed for use with modular disk adapters to accommodate a variety of tubes (as indicated in the chart below) and other adapters and blood bag cups. Can be used with Beckman Coulter AerosolveÂ® Cannisters which are designed to provide added protection from aerosols. Rotor buckets are interchangeable with microplate carriers.

Major applications: Rapid sedimentation of protein precipitates, large particles, cells, and cell debris. It can be used for binding studies and separating serum from whole blood.

For use in AvantiÂ® J-26 XP Series and J-HC centrifuges.
