Includes precise peristaltic pump, silicon tubing, vacuum control pinch valve, RS-485 communication port and automatic 6-port valve. Wash tools are available in single- and eight-channel versions that deliver liquid volumes from 50 µL to 150 mL. Wash tools have extended reach (40 mm) for large volume multiwell plates, such as the Beckman Coulter Deep-Well and Square-Well titer plates. A Biomek Wash Unit is required for wash tool operation and is automatically controlled by the BioWorks Operating System. Wash units include a precise peristaltic pump, silicon tubing, vacuum control pinch valve, RS-485 communication port and optional six-port valve. A vacuum of 0.5 liters/minute at 8 psi or better is recommended.
