Side Modules
The Biomek 3000 worksurface can expand from eight to twelve selectable positions with the use of right and left side modules. Installed in the right or left expansion areas of the Biomek 3000, each side module adds two selectable positions to the worksurface. Both side modules are required for the maximum work-surface capacity of twelve positions. Each side module holds two labware or pipette tip rack holders, two tool racks, or one test tube rack holder. The side module cover is removable for easy cleaning, and a side module spill tray (Part No. 609078) can be installed for added protection against liquid spills.
