What countries does the Beckman Coulter online store support?
The online store currently supports customers in Canada, France, Germany, United Kingdom and United States.
Why can't I see prices in the catalog?
In France, Germany and the United Kingdom, prices are not visible until you register and are validated by our sales department. Please follow the "Sign In" link and register. Registrations are normally processed by our Customer Service Department within 24 hours.
Why do some items in the catalog not show prices?
Only selected items are available for sale online. Please contact us or use the "request quote" button on the item detail page if you are interested in items for which the price is not visible.
How do I see my contract prices?
The first step is to register. After you receive confirmation from Beckman Coulter customer service that your registration is complete, sign into the online store, select the item(s) you wish to see contract prices for, and add them to your shopping cart. Then, click the "View Cart" link to view the contract prices for the items.
I have multiple contracts that apply to an item. How do I see the price for a specific contract?
In the cart, click the "Contract Prices" link and enter the specific contract number. If you don't know the specific contract number, please contact us.
How can I use a purchase order? The system is not letting me use one in the checkout process.

How can I use a credit card? I don't see a place to enter one in the checkout process.
Beckman Coulter does not accept credit card payments for orders from France and Germany at the moment.
How do I attach a PDF file containing my purchase order, tax form or quotation document?
Follow the "Proceed to Checkout" link. On the page where you enter your payment information, click the "Attach Files" button to attach up to four files to the order.
I received a price quote from my salesperson but the price is not showing up here. Can I still complete the order online?
Yes. Enter your quotation reference into the "Comments/Quote Reference" box and, if available, upload your quotation document using the "Attach Files" button on the payment page. Our customer service department will apply the quotation to your order.
How do I set the bill or ship address to a different one than the one I registered with?
Follow the "Edit Profile" link on the shopping cart page. At the bottom of the page, there are buttons that will allow you to select a default billing and/or shipping addresses. You will be able to select from all of the addresses currently on file for you at Beckman Coulter. (If you have many addresses on file, there will be a drop-down selection box containing all of them; click on this box and either select an entry or use the up or down arrows to cycle through them - the full address for each entry will be visible after it is selected.)
I want to use a different address, but just on this order. How do I do that?
If you do not want to change your default address but want to use a different address for an order, you can select the address by clicking the "Check Out" button and following the change billing/shipping address links. Note that after changing addresses, you will be returned to the shopping cart for your order to be recalculated, as prices may vary based on shipping or billing address.
I need to use a billing/shipping address that Beckman Coulter does not have on file. How do I do that?
You can enter a new address by following the "Edit Profile" link on the shopping cart page, choosing Billing then clicking the "New Address" button. Please note that when you enter a new address, your account must be re-validated by Beckman Coulter customer service prior to processing your order. (You cannot enter a new address during the check-out process, but you can select from addresses already on file with Beckman Coulter at this time.)
How do I view status of my online orders?
Status and history are available for online orders only at this time. From the shopping cart or catalog, follow the "Order History" link. Orders are shown with the following infographics to indicate status:
