Biomek® NX^P Application Systems

The innovative Biomek NX^P Automation Workstation is an ingenious addition to the Biomek Continuum. With its sophisticated Biomek software and flexible, open platform design, the Biomek NX offers the ability to automate a variety of applications from beginning to end. Its open, modular frame simplifies integration with plate readers, washers, and storage devices in the back, left, and right side of the instrument. The platform comes configured as either an NX^P Multichannel Pod with integrated gripper or NX^P Span-8 Pod with independent gripper.

The Biomek NX^P is a flexible system offering major capacity, compact footprint, and performance improvements over all the other existing liquid handling systems. The deck provides for application-specific functions to be conducted on Automated Labware Positioning devices (or ALPs) and the configuration options include the multichannel or span-8 tools needed for any application. Combine these tools with powerful system software that is both intuitive and intelligent. The Biomek NX^P system becomes the solutions-based, medium-sized platform for any application with far-reaching flexibility.
