GenomeLab GeXP Start Kit

The GenomeLab GeXP Start Kit, combined with Thermo-Start* Taq DNA polymerase, contains the reagents needed to develop custom multiplex gene expression assays analyzed with the GenomeLab GeXP Genetic Analysis System. Multiplex primers can be designed for up to 40 genes per assay for efficient and cost-effective gene expression profiling studies. The kit contains reagents needed to develop custom multiplex assays for monitoring gene expression analysis for 100 reactions. The kit includes the following components:

  • GeXP reverse transcriptase buffer (5x)
  • GeXP reverse transcriptase
  • GeXP PCR** buffer (5x)
  • Kanr RNA with RI

    GenomeLab Separation Gel LPA-1, 10mL 

    The GenomeLab linear-polyacrylamide (LPA) denaturing gel assures high-resolution separations. It is used for both DNA sequencing and fragment analysis. The gel is packaged in a pre-mixed cartridge for quick reloading and can be used with the GenomeLab GeXP single-plate format. One 10 mL cartridge is sufficient for 96 sequencing or fragment analysis runs.
