With its innovative Multi-Platform Loader and AutoSetup capability, you can now use sample cups, micro centrifuge tubes and 24-, 96- or 384-well plates on the same system. Side cup holder contains sample or reagent. Probe wash is automatic and the automatic sample preparation, including incubation, saves time and eliminates human errors. Choose from intuitive, flexible software that offers incremental parameter controls for precise data collection and richer analysis. Optional 21 CFR Part 11 compliance software is also available.

Apoptosis analysis dual staining

Gain the versatility you need to achieve goals. Use Yo-Pro®-1 to stain early apoptotic cells with a slightly permeant cytoplasmic membrane. Utilize Propidium Iodide to stain dead cells which have a damaged plasma membrane.

Stem Cell side population analysis

ERK phosphorylation

Follow critical cell signaling process through detection of site-specific phosphorylation of proteins. Provide a great tool for signal transduction research through indication of excellent correlation of phosphorylation analyses between the Quanta SC MPL and conventional immunoblotting.

Obtain high resolution plant ploidy analysis with DAPI. The built-in Quanta SC MPL arc lamp UV light source makes it possible.
