IL-8 1-10 Plate Method:
Cytokine_IL-8_1-10_plates.exeTo install the Cytokine method on the Biomek 2000:
- Download the self-extracting file containing the method.
- Double click the file to extract.
- Chose/create a directory to copy the files.
- Open the BioWorks Edit software.
- Under the Method menu chose Import.
- Click on Browse and navigate to the directory where the extracted files are located.
- Select the appropriate file that appears in the Method window and click Open.
- To open the method, go to the Method menu and click Open.
- Select the method to open and click Ok.
