Community relations

We are committed to moving healthcare forward in the communities we serve. Since 2007, the Beckman Coulter Foundation has served as the philanthropic arm of Beckman Coulter, funding programs that focus on science, science education and healthcare-related initiatives that improve patient health and the quality of life.

Volunteer Time Off

We know that it’s sometimes difficult to find time to give back during a busy work week. Through our Volunteer Time Off program, associates are given 24 paid hours to spend time with the qualified nonprofit organization of their choice.

Opportunities for college students or recent grads iDEAS program

Are you bright and innovative with a passion for stimulating work in a team environment? Consider the Danaher iDEAS program (Innovation Defines Engineers and Scientists) to jump-start your career. iDEAS is a highly competitive program for early-career engineers and scientists. Spanning 18 months, the program offers recent graduates a smooth transition from academia to the working world. During the program’s 18 months, you’ll work in three different rotations, each about six months long. You’ll tackle projects in both technical and non-technical functions, such as commercial, marketing and information technology.

Summer internship program

Many people who joined us through our summer internship program have found full-time employment at Beckman Coulter. Summer internships are an excellent way to start your career while completing your education.
