Kathleen Orland

Kathleen Orland currently serves as senior vice president and general manager for Beckman Coulter’s Clinical Chemistry Immunoassay (CCIA) business unit, leading product strategy and new product development programs across eight global sites. Kathleen began her career journey at Beckman Coulter in 2005 as a senior product manager for Immunoassay. Since then, Kathleen has contributed to our success in a variety of roles, including director, Immunoassay product management; VP, Clinical Chemistry Immunoassay product management; VP, Danaher Business System and global marketing. Kathleen was instrumental in helping us define our customer value proposition and build launch excellence capability. Kathleen’s extensive industry knowledge and DBS expertise combined with her passion for innovation and solving customer problems drives the CCIA team meet their strategic goals.

Kathleen has a bachelor’s degree in microbiology from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and earned her Medical Technologist MT(ASCP) credential from NorthShore University HealthSystem in Evanston, Illinois.
