Career Story: Paving the way for Women in India
My motto is that I should be a good influence to others and help raise them up.
Reshma Valige
Key Accounts Manager, Sales
Beckman Coulter India

Reshma began her career in sales when she was still in school. Her family has a business in the garment industry, and she used what she learned in school to help them meet their targeted work goals.

Now, years later, Reshma is a Key Accounts Manager for our sales department in India.

What does she like about her job? “I always feel happy to work with my teammates and managers,” she said. “They always take care of me and consider me to be like a family member. I’m proud to say that outside of my home I also have a family—the Beckman Coulter Diagnostics family.”

Reshma is also one of the few women in the sales organization in India. She has accomplished a tremendous amount of career growth and development and is proud to pave the way for other women to join.
