PK Systems Troubleshooting: Fuzzy Cell Button Images

In PK Systems, a negative reaction occurs when non-agglutinated RBCs and particles fall freely to the bottom of the well, forming a distinct button surrounded by a clear zone. This demonstrates a loss of specificity, but loss of sensitivity can also occur. This exercise goes through the five key points in troubleshooting fuzzy cell button images on your PK analyzer.
