Scheduled Ordering Has Never Been Easier

We understand how important it is for you to replenish your laboratory supplies, as well as how complex and time-consuming recurrent order management can sometimes seem. That’s why we’ve enhanced your Beckman Coulter Scheduled Ordering experience with a number of features designed to make managing your Scheduled Orders quicker and easier than ever.

Log into your customer account on October 21, 2019, to check out these new and improved features. In the meantime, here’s a sneak preview of what’s to come.

 

1.  Make order frequency changes to single or multiple items

Need to change order frequency for one or more items? Just check the boxes and click once to apply changes to all selected items.

In addition, schedules no longer have an end date so you no longer need to specify how many shipments you would like this schedule to have. Your schedule will create recurring shipments at the frequency per line that you request, until you delete the line or the schedule.

2. Select All or a few items at a time

Save time by simply checking “Select All” while on the Edit Scheduled Order page to make changes to more than one item at a time. For example, if making a change to any attribute of all items, you may check the Select All box.

Tip: If you would like to make a change to a majority of your items, you can check “Select All,” and then unselect the few items you do not want to change.

Just need to edit a single item? Just check the box of the item you wish to update.

3. Place one-time orders from your Scheduled Order
You can now place a one-time order for any item on your schedule, at any time. Here’s how: Select the item and quantity you wish to order, and then select “Add to Cart.” 

If you place an order for an item before its typical release date, there will be a new alert icon next to the item, indicating that you have ordered some of this item, prior to its typical release date. Use this helpful reminder to make any adjustments to quantity on the next release.

4. Add items to your scheduled order in the way that works best for you

When adding an item(s) to your existing scheduled order, you can now add one item by entering a single item number, or you can add multiple items by using the file upload option.

5.  Export one or more schedules at time

You can export an entire schedule or multiple schedules and save them to your computer.

When you choose to export multiple schedules, you’ll get a zipped file containing individual files for each of your Scheduled Orders.

6.  Set a minimum inventory stocking level for items

You can now set a minimum inventory level (“safety stock” for your laboratory) for each item that you order. With this handy visual indicator, you can now see at a glance how many of each item you always want to have on hand.
